It’s simple. As soon as you are registered as a tenant you will be invited to become a member of the Turmstraße 1 e.V. association which administrates all rooms and tenants within the building. Internet access included. Please bear in mind that it (as well as the rules) is written in German for legal reasons.
However, usually you will get all the necessary info by email before you move in. In case you have any additional questions, feel free to ask us.
Regarding the “I have no Eduroam-WiFi reception in my room!” issue:
Unfortunately we still cannot cover the whole dorm with WiFi. This problem has been around for a while but we are working on it! We are sincerly sorry for this inconvenience, and for now we can only ask you to use Ethernet in case you are affected.
Please note that private WiFi routers are not allowed.
